Below you'll find all the details you need about our delivery process, including timelines, shipping methods, and any additional information to help make your experience smooth and hassle-free. Delivery Charges

Small Item Delivery - £9.99
This service is only available on online orders and what constitutes a small item will be at our discretion. Some examples include Bedside Tables and Lamp Tables. If two small items are ordered, the charge will be doubled.

Standard Delivery - £39.99
This includes items being taken to the room/s of your choosing. Items aren't unboxed and packaging isn't removed. This charge covers the entire order, regardless of how many items are on the order.

White Glove Delivery - £79.99

The White Glove Service is a full delivery service. All items on the order are taken to the room/s of your choosing, unboxed and assembled, where applicable. Packaging is then removed, leaving you to enjoy your new furniture without the hassle of dealing with assembly or packaging removal.

1-Man / Small Item / Quick Service

Smaller items like Bedside Tables, Lamp Tables and Coffee Tables are usually delivered on a 1-Man service. Where possible we'll endeavour to send the order out the same day but depending on the time of day the order is placed, it may be the following day. After the point of dispatch, the delivery company will contact you to advise when the item is likely to be delivered and this should be within 3 working days from the point of purchase provided the item is in-stock. In most instances we use DX for these deliveries. They will allow you the flexibility to customise your delivery date once the item/s are in their possession.

2-Man / White Glove Services

Large items and multi-item orders will be delivered on our 2-Man service, as they're too large to be sent on a Next Day service which has restrictions around size and weight. Your order will be delivered by our expert delivery team, who are experienced in dealing with heavy and bulky items. In most cases delivery will take place within 5-10 working days of an order being placed provided the item/s ordered are in-stock. Information relating to the exact date and time-slot for delivery will be provided by the delivery team directly once they are in possession of the furniture.
