We want to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Below you'll find all the details you need about our delivery process, including timelines, shipping methods, and any additional information to help make your experience smooth and hassle-free. Delivery Charges

FREE - Any order over £500 to a delivery address that's within 30 miles of any one of our 7 stores. This will be automatically calculated in the checkout.

£20 - Any order under £500 to a delivery address that's within 30 miles of any one of our 7 stores. This will be automatically calculated in the checkout.

£50 - Any amount of items, to anywhere in the country, regardless of spend level and distance from our Stores.

1-Man / Quick Service

Smaller items like Bedside Tables, Lamp Tables and Coffee Tables are usually delivered on a 1-Man service. Where possible we'll endeavour to send the order out the same day but depending on the time of day the order is placed, it may be the following day. After the point of dispatch, the delivery company will contact you to advise when the item is likely to be delivered and this should be within 3 working days from the point of purchase provided the item is in-stock. In most instances we use DX for these deliveries. They will allow you the flexibility to customise your delivery date once the item/s are in their possession.

2-Man Service

Large items and multi-item orders will be delivered on our 2-Man service, as they're too large to be sent on a Next Day service which has restrictions around size and weight. Your order will be delivered by our expert delivery team, who are experienced in dealing with heavy and bulky items. As standard, they will deliver to the hallway / main entrance of your property free of charge. In most cases delivery will take place within 5-10 working days of an order being placed provided the item/s ordered are in-stock. Information relating to the exact date and time-slot for delivery will be provided by the delivery team directly once they are in possession of the furniture.
